An upscale 120 bed memory care facility specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. This project was awarded a demonstration project license for new research in the design of environment in aiding in memory care. It includes a 80 car underground parking garage, specialized individual households with self contained serving kitchens, dining rooms and living rooms, commercial kitchen, four activity rooms, grand promenade wandering colonnades, ice-cream bistro, physical therapy rooms and other amenities.
