Real estate developer Charles J. Deutsch has specialized in the development, construction and management of luxury properties for over thirty-five years. He began his career as Property Manager for his father’s business, Marvin Deutsch Enterprises, in 1971. He spent the next fifteen years developing three condominium projects totaling 556 units and a neighborhood shopping center.

For the past twenty years, Mr. Deutsch has devoted his career to developing, constructing and managing luxury, award-winning senior living communities in the Saint Louis area, including The Gatesworth at One McKnight Place, McKnight Place Extended Care, McKnight Place Assisted Living and Parc Provence. He was personally awarded a state license by the late Governor Mel Carnahan to construct Parc Provence.

Mr. Deutsch received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bradley University.
