In his role with GATECO Development, Chris Leonard manages the architectural and engineering design teams, general contracting, land development, and building process. Having worked in commercial construction management and general contracting for two large, local construction firms, he has experience in every phase of architectural services and construction oversight.

Mr. Leonard earned his Bachelors of Science from the University of Missouri–Rolla (now called Missouri University of Science and Technology), school of Civil Engineering. He also earned his Masters of Science from Washington University in St. Louis, Construction Engineering Management.
