New Building Expansion

McKnight Place Assisted Living offers even more luxury accommodations for active seniors. The newest addition to The Gatesworth communities brings even more of the very best in assisted living to the St. Louis area. Additionally, the community offers a special unit of 27 Memory Care apartments for residents with cognitive impairments such as dementia and Alzheimer's.

New Amenities And Opportunities, Same Quality Care

Adding approximately 90 apartments to the existing community, the new expansion features large suites and single bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, as well as beautifully landscaped gardens, outdoor spaces, walking paths and plenty of parking. Every apartment includes the following amenities:

• Entry Foyer with Crown Molding and Wood Style Flooring
• Kitchens with Custom Wood Cabinets and Granite Countertops
• Full-size Refrigerators
• Large Bathrooms with Custom Cabinets and Granite Countertops
• Nine- and Ten-Foot Ceilings
• Individual Temperature Controls
• Large Pella® Windows Providing Plenty of Natural Light

The Assisted Living expansion offers more of the all-inclusive services and amenities for our residents that McKnight Place has come to be known for. Features including a new theater, art room, greenhouse and more will enhance our already robust schedule of entertainment, activities and social outings. We will continue to provide supportive services that make life easier and more convenient for our residents, including on-site physical and occupational therapy and nursing care, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We offer a special unit of 27 Memory Care apartments for residents with cognitive impairments such as dementia and Alzheimer’s. Every aspect of McKnight Place Memory Care has been thoroughly researched and professionally designed to uphold the standard of excellence set forth by McKnight Place Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
